I’m a U.S. Navy veteran from Chicago focused on building the next chapter of my life with purpose, discipline, and action.
My journey combines real estate, entrepreneurship, government contracting, fitness, travel, education, and personal development. I’m using this chapter to explore America, build businesses, strengthen my finances, improve my health, and create greater freedom and independence.

F13ldhouse is the fitness and wellness side of The 13th Way. It represents a commitment to strength, discipline, health, and personal development. F13ldhouse is designed to encourage people to take action, build better habits, improve their physical fitness, and develop the mindset needed to keep moving forward.
Fitness is more than exercise—it is part of the foundation for building confidence, consistency, resilience, and a stronger life.
Book Writing & Publishing
The 13th Way also includes my work as a writer and author. Through books and other written projects, I share lessons, experiences, ideas, and perspectives developed through my journey.
Writing gives me a way to document the process of rebuilding, learning, traveling, becoming healthier, building businesses, and creating a life with greater purpose and independence. As the company develops, the writing and publishing side may expand to include books, educational content, personal development resources, and other creative projects.
Real Estate Referral Services
I am a referral real estate agent with MRP certification, helping connect clients with real estate professionals and resources that can support their goals. My real estate work is another part of The 13th Way’s broader mission of creating opportunities and helping people move toward their next chapter.
